Entity 3's three-year strategic plan for 2019-2022

Our three-year plan for 2019-2022 has been designed using a patient-centred methodological approach. It reflects our commitment to our minority community, which aspires to greater justice and equity.

Entity 3’s plan aligns with government health strategies, including:

  • The 2016 Act giving priority to patients. (Repealed)
  • The Connected Care Act of 2019.
  • The 2019-2022 Integrated Health Services Plans (IHSPs) of the 3 LHINs we advise.

Clearly, this strategic plan will help refine the support we provide to health system authorities such as Health Ontario and currently to the Toronto Central, Mississauga Halton and Central West LHINs in their efforts to improve health services to Francophones in the Greater Toronto Area.
