The following policies are intended to provide an overview of the organization &#8211; and the policies that govern it &#8211; to the Board of Directors (BOD), staff and members of the Entity. They describe the processes and practices that promote the effectiveness of the Board and ultimately greater success in achieving our primary goal of more quality French language health services in the Greater Toronto Area.
